Shipping policy
We ship your order with DHL. After we have handed the parcel over to DHL, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to track the status of your shipment at any time. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next working day. The delivery time within Germany is 3–4 working days. Deliveries outside Germany usually take a few days longer.
