The Corona pandemic had a significant impact on the health and fitness sector in 2020 and 2021. Based on restrictions and safety precautions to contain the pandemic, training took place exclusively in our own home gym. Due to various problems when training with conventional star locks, the idea arose to develop an optimized lock for threaded dumbbell bars. This was the birth of the 2M Easy Click, which is intended to completely replace conventional star locks over time.
The first prototype of the 2M Easy Click was manufactured using 3D printing.
Official patent application at the German Patent and Trademark Office.
The GmbH under the name “2M Solutions GmbH” was founded. Registered managing directors are Moritz Gresser and Marcel Wahl.
The patent, filed in April 2021, was officially granted by the German Patent and Trademark Office.
