1. Barbell bar

Dumbbell bars are typically between 35 and 42 centimeters long and have a maximum load capacity of about 40 kilograms. They are used for exercises such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, and shoulder presses.
3. SZ curl bar
EZ curl bars have a curved shape that allows you to keep your wrists in a neutral position. They are primarily used for exercises like bicep curls and tricep extensions.
Weight plates
The weight plates are generally available in the same sizes as the barbells. The standard size, which is compatible with the dumbbells mentioned above as well as the 2M Easy Click, has a hole with a diameter of approximately 31mm, allowing the weight plate to be slid onto the barbell. At the same time, you should ensure that the contact surface has a diameter (E) of more than 50mm, so that the 2M Easy Click rests fully on the weight plate.
